Investors in People Recognition
The Learning Curve are delighted to announce that our Investors in People status has been maintained.
The formal assessment took place on 28th November and below are just a few of the comments received from the official confirmation notification.
" It was clearly evidenced that a team ethos existed within The Learning Curve, with support, encouragement and sharing of best practise being displayed throughout."
"The Directors recognised that the organisations success was based on quality products and services, employee and associate professionalism and motivated and well trained staff and associates."

People interviewed were well motivated and enthusiastic about their roles and responsibilities and were proud of what they achieved; as such they were able to describe how they contributed to the success of the organisation."
