Course Description
A detailed course covering all aspects of Food Hygiene / Health & Safety leading to an examination for the award of the Advanced Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Officers.
The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health has designed its level 3 advanced courses with management accountability in mind. They are intended to give supervisors and managers adequate knowledge to ensure that their company operates in a hygienic, healthy and efficient manner as well as a greater understanding of health and safety issues.
