Course Description
It is a legal requirement for all food handlers to have a minimum of six hours basic food hygiene training

One day Basic Food Hygiene Course - an essential introduction for anyone involved in the preparation and serving of food and drink.
The course enables delegates to identify their role in the food chain and gives them an understanding of the importance of good hygiene practice. Methods for preventing food poisoning, the need for good personal hygiene and the requirements of food Hygiene Legislation are also covered.
