Assessment and Development Centre - Design and Implementation
Assessment centres are used for selection of personnel to work in a company.
Whereas
A company uses development centres to select existing staff for new posts or training initiatives.
Whatever the objective, the design and implementation of the centres follows a similar procedure. Only licensed and accredited providers can use some of the psychometric and personality tests often used in the testing process. The staff of the Learning Curve are all licensed by the British Psychological Society(BPS).
We work with clients to agree what they want to achieve from the centre. We then clarify what specific attributes are seen as essential performance measures. Following this consultation we will draft out a proposal for the centre, including tests that we feel will capture the desired information.
